Roundtable on Safe Surgery 

"An estimated 5 billion people around the world lack access to safe, affordable surgical care and, for the first time in history, surgically-treated conditions cause more deaths than infectious disease. This roundtable discussion will explore innovative partnerships, programs and financing to promote and deliver safe surgeries to address maternal health outcomes, road injuries and other traumatic conditions in emerging and frontier markets."
